All payments are final
All payments for ForwardLoop programs, deposits, and enrollment fees are final. By enrolling in a program, you agree that Pillowcode Limited does not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, schedule conflicts, or missed classes.
Program commitment
ForwardLoop is designed for people who are ready to commit to building their own skills and products. We publish full program details, schedules, and pricing before enrollment so you can make an informed decision. Please review this information carefully before paying.
Certificate requirements
Certificates are issued only to students who complete the program with at least 60% participation in both attendance and assignments, and who complete their final project within the time allotted. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not receive a certificate and you will need to restart the program and pay the full program fees again to qualify for certification.
Tuition default
Students who default on their tuition payments are not allowed to join live classes, view session recordings, or receive grades on their assignments. Access to these services is restored only after the outstanding tuition balance is fully paid.
Exceptional circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Pillowcode Limited may review a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, and any exception granted will be at our sole discretion.
