About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ForwardLoop website, programs, and services (collectively, “Services”). ForwardLoop is operated by Pillowcode Limited (“Pillowcode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in a program. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or applying, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Programs and payments
Program details, pricing, and schedules are published on our website. All fees are due at enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Refund Policy, which states that all payments are final. We reserve the right to change program prices and offerings at any time; changes do not affect enrollments already confirmed.
Access and participation during default
Students who default on their tuition payments lose access to live classes, session recordings, and assignment grading until their outstanding balance is settled. This means you cannot attend live sessions, watch recorded sessions, or receive grades for assignments submitted while your tuition is in default.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict their use of the Services, or violate any applicable law. You may not share course materials, login credentials, or proprietary content with non-participants, resell access, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
Intellectual property
All ForwardLoop curriculum, materials, branding, and website content are owned by Pillowcode Limited or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal learning during the program. Any projects, code, or products you create remain your own.
Certificates and completion
A certificate is issued only when a student completes the program with at least 60% participation in both attendance and assignments, and finishes their final project within the time allotted. If a student does not meet these requirements, they will not receive a certificate. In that case, they must restart the program and pay the full program fees again to be eligible for certification.
No employment or income guarantee
ForwardLoop teaches skills that can help you build your own products and income. We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, business success, or any specific financial outcome. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pillowcode Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
